Cooperation, Communication and Leadership

Dear All! This is LIU JING speaking. It was really my honor to get your applause in today's joint seminar.
I really enjoyed the study in our group. You know, M1 students' coming let me recall my M1 life in GSID two years ago. Your hard work and positive attitude towards study let me really miss my old friends who were also crazy of studying and graudated in this March. At the same time, your hard work and positive attitude also encourged and pushed me to work harder in my own study or even gave me energy.
Since our seminar is a group work, let me share two big words with you, which are cooperation and communication. Cooperation can provide power and refresh ideas for each of us. Communication can bridge the understanding of each of us and lead us to reach the final goal without wasting of time.
More importantly, the leadership is also necessary in our group. My understanding of leadership is not to lead someone to do something. But it is to lead someone to do together. Each of us can be the leader who can lead us to go futher together. I am sure our group will get a successful result finally. Let's enjoy!
